Airbus and Thai Airways International have expanded their long-standing maintenance partnership with a new agreement covering Full Flight Hour Services (FHS) component support for the airline’s A321neo fleet.
The extended agreement applies to 32 A321neo aircraft that have been progressively entering Thai Airways’ operations since 2025. It builds on an existing component support relationship that began in 2012 for the carrier’s A320ceo fleet.
Under the long-term contract, Airbus will provide a broad range of component services, including on-site inventory, access to component pools, and repair services at Thai Airways’ main base in Bangkok. The agreement also includes dedicated engineering support and access to Airbus’ regional FHS specialists to support day-to-day maintenance activities.
The expanded scope is intended to improve fleet availability while offering greater cost predictability as Thai Airways continues its single-aisle fleet renewal.
Airbus’ FHS offering is based on a Power-by-the-Hour model and is designed to support airlines with long-term, predictable component maintenance solutions, drawing on global engineering resources and data-driven operational insights.
